Innovate or Evaporate!

Many years ago, I read a quote that fundamentally changed my life, time, and time, again… “Don’t Go Where Paths may Lead, Blaze New Trails.

Looking back over the years, I’ve always thought “Outside The Box” …So exploration into new ideas and innovation has always fascinated me.  So much so, that I dedicated my life’s work to this endeavor with a focus on education and corporate training over the past 20 years.

Enter TED!

“TED” stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design ( www.ted.com ). It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader.  TED is all about ideas worth spreading… Inspired talks by the world’s greatest thinkers and doers… People like us!

The Next Right Answer…

It was at TED that I came across a mild-mannered, humble GENIUS…  Jeff Han, who showed off a inexpensive , scalable multi-touch and pressure-sensitive computer screen interface that may spell the end of point-and-click technology forever.  Jeff Han’s intuitive “interface-free” computer displays -controlled by the touch of fingertips -will change forever the way you think about computers.

Innoventions in Action…?    See for yourself…

QUESTION:

Based on what you just experienced… How could this technology affect your world?   Do you see that peripheral devices will soon become obsolete?  Can you imagine moving your hands “intuitively ” to command your computer functions?  What if..?

Experience Tomorrow, Today! (more to come)
