I’ve been thinking lately about how rapidly information spreads within Social Networks, through this second generation of Word-of-Mouth Marketing.

Word-of-Mouth Marketing has always been considered one of the most powerful and effective Marking tools available, and it doesn’t cost a dime.

In the past, Word-of-Mouth Marketing could only spread as fast as an Influence and Authority Network’s reach. But today, Social Networking through mediums like You Tube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Second Life has made it super viral.

Twitter – Two Months & Counting

In the two months I have been testing this tool, I have discovered far more benefits to Twitter than ever imagined. It strikes me as funny, that I have only been using Twitter for a few months, because I already have created some wonderful relationships. This alone has made my Twittering experience worthwhile.
In addition to making new contacts and friends, I have been lead to valuable resources, helpful links, new social networking services, evaluations of new communication tools, alternative phone services, advice, support, and education and been witness to new ideas and the use of future technology.

Twitter? What is a Twitter?

In April, I began to research the changes in Social Networking, and kept seeing references to Twitter. What is Twitter?  A micro-blog, posts up to 140 characters.
First thought was, what could I possibly say in 140 characters? Why would I want another social membership? Do I have time to fit one more network into my day? I had a lot of questions and soon founding myself needing to know more?
