As for the Hoover's staff, @twalk, @hoovers and @zackgonzales (who cracks me up daily), I can't say enough for the support and eye opening experience you have helped me experience. Not only did I learn about Twitter, I was awakened by excellent customer service from Hoover's and its staff with my account. Or, it can be a sink hole of wasted keystrokes. I'm an optimist at heart, so I see the promise. Now the tech guys behind it need to get on the ball and get it to scale for the growth.
